As of Thursday, October 1, 2015, the Birmingham Midtown and Montgomery Lee Street locations will no longer be open for walk-in or drive-through account service, bill payments or drop box payments. However, what will not change is our ongoing passion, high level of service and commitment to you, our valued customer.
Alagasco offers several options for paying your bill in person if that method works best for you. We’ve contracted with merchants in your community to provide bill payment services. Our payment agents have extended business hours and are conveniently located in grocery stores, convenience stores, drugstores, and other businesses.
Payment agents are not able to place orders. If your service has been disconnected, a reconnect order can be placed online by logging into My Account or by using our automated system at 1-800-292-4008.
