eBill is a free service that enables you to receive, view, and pay your Alagasco bill online. So stop paper bills and start paying your gas bill from your computer. Each month we’ll notify you via email when your new bill is ready for viewing and payment.

You will need an email address, your Alagasco account number and the amount due on your current paper bill.  Click here to sign up for eBill.

If eBill does not accept the amount due from your current bill, and you have verified that it is the correct amount that you are entering, you may have a new bill that is en route by mail to your house. Please wait a few days for the new bill to arrive and then enroll using the amount from the new bill.

Our eBill service allows you to receive and pay your bill online at no charge. However, when you subscribe to eBill, you will no longer receive a paper bill.

To view your bill, login to eBill. In the Inbox click on the underlined, blue line of text that contains your Amount and Due Date under the word "Description". Your bill will be displayed. At the top of the bill, click on the words Print Bill to print a copy of your bill.

To view and print your previous bills, click Previous Bills on the left. You will see a list of previous bills. Click on the bill you wish to print and follow the same instructions above for printing these bills.

Yes. Bank Draft customers can enroll in eBill. The bank draft still occurs, so you do not have to set up a Payment Method in the Payments area of eBill.

* For eBill customers who have both Bank Draft and a recurring payment through eBill, the account will be debited twice. To avoid a double payment, eBill customers should choose one payment method: either Bank Draft or recurring payment through eBill. For questions, Contact Us.

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover or a debit card, as well as payments directly from a checking or savings account.

The following are the steps to set up a payment method in eBill:
1. From your Inbox, click on Payments.
2. Select Payment Methods.
3. Choose Add a new bank account or Add a new credit card.
4. Click Go.
5. Fill in the requested information and click Add.
