Alabama Gas Corporation (Alagasco), an Energen Company, headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama is the largest distributor of natural gas in the state of Alabama. Alagasco has been providing reliable natural gas service in Alabama for over 150 years. Today we serve an average of 450,000 customers in nearly 200 Alabama cities, towns and communities. We have over 1100 dedicated employees in seven operating divisions waiting to provide superior customer service to our national account customers.

What does Alagasco’s National Accounts Program Provide?

• Single Contact Point - As a National Account Customer, you deserve and are provided with a single point of contact for all of your business needs. Our representatives will coordinate gas line installation to help ensure that your project meets its construction timetable.
• Technology and Demonstration Center - state of the art commercial test kitchen to assist you with equipment testing and menu product development.
• Commercial Foodservice Incentive Program - National Account Commercial Foodservice customers may qualify for this incentive based on total British Thermal Unit (btu) input of commercial foodservice equipment.
• New Technology/ Demonstrative Projects - National Account customers, who express an interest in new technology, may qualify as a demonstrative project site via Alagasco’s Research and Development (R&D) efforts.
• Summary Billing - As a National Account with multiple locations, you may qualify for our summary billing program, which allows you to receive and pay just one bill a month for all your accounts.
• Energy Analysis - Simple payback and local energy cost comparisons are available upon request.
