Alagasco is committed to delivering natural gas to our customers in the safest manner possible. And in turn, you have a responsibility to properly maintain and safely operate natural gas appliances. When used properly, natural gas is one of the safest and most reliable forms of energy available. However, as with all forms of energy, improper or careless use of natural gas may cause property damage, personal injury or even death. 

We also advise you to consult the manufacturer’s instructions and warnings that are included with your natural gas appliances for more detailed safety information.


Payments Made Simple

Alagasco strives to make your payment options simple and hassle free. With Alagasco’s Payments Made Simple, there’s a payment option for everyone.

Payment and Service Options


Pay Online:MyAccount.Alagasco.com
Your real-time, 24/7 self-service option that lets you:
• Pay your bill using an electronic check or debit/credit card – no fees.
• Reconnect your gas service if you have been disconnected for nonpayment.
• Manage your account information and settings.
• Review your current account balance, payment history, usage, and more.

Paperless Billing: With paperless billing, you have several options on how you wish to pay your bill. In fact, you can pay by sending a text message. It doesn’t get much simpler than that. Simply visit MyAccount.alagasco.com and register. Once you log in, click on “Paperless Billing.”

AutoPay: With AutoPay, you can automatically pay your gas bill every month without writing a check and mailing your payment. You’ll still receive a bill that shows your gas usage, the amount due and the delinquent date. Your amount due will automatically be deducted from your bank account or charged to your credit card on the “delinquent date.” To sign up, go to MyAccount.alagasco.com and register.

Pay in Person: Visit any authorized payment agent.
Payment agents often have extended business hours and are conveniently located. Payment agents are listed on the back of this guide, or you can visit PayAgent.Alagasco.com for a full listing.
When paying with an authorized Alagasco payment agent, keep in mind:
• Your bill stub is required to make a payment.
• There is a minimal convenience fee for each payment transaction. (Alagasco receives no portion of this fee.)
Please Note: Payment agents are not able to place orders. If your service has been disconnected, a reconnect order can be placed online by logging into My Account or by using our automated system at 800-292-4008.
